No, drug abuse by itself isn't the reason why a teen is pregnant. However, under the effects of drugs, a girl may have engaged in sexual intercourse, which could make the girl pregnant.

Drug abuses is not the reason but it could be a contrasting factor. A lot of the time when teens or adults are under the influence the choices they make are not the choices they would have made if they were sober. Drug abuse depending on what drug it was could have put you in a state of being unaware.
